Final day of the GC for me and I have been to A$da and got a couple more packs of cathedral city and a few bits.

Declaring at £143.87 which I am really please with.

Please could you put me down for £130 for August Mrs M. We are having to make some cutacks because of impending car tax and insurance next month.

Hello All,

Rosieben I'm so sorry to hear that you have another bereavement, my thoughts are with you and sending you hugs. :grouphug:

Ok, so I didn't go to MrT until today (managed to get into office as not needed in court) where I spent a humungous £51.17! :eek: Mind you included in that were 2 x 240 Typhoo teabags which are on offer at £3 each. I won't drink any other tea and so these will get used and will save another more expensive purchase next month. Also included were bogof Simple shower cream (I've finally used up all shower gel/cream in my stash, yay! :T) and girly razors which added another £3.54 to the bill. Otherwise it was all the usuals, sugar, milk, butter (x4), cheese (x2), yoghurts, ribena (strawberry for GD1 on offer at £1.41 per litre), MrT's own blackcurrant high juice which was still far cheaper than the Ribena on offer, ice cream, and bananas. Not a great deal really for £50+.

My last day of the month is on Friday when I get paid and the new month starts on Saturday. Please would you put me down for £240 again for August MrsM? Thank you. :A

I haven't looked at how many days August is so haven't worked out an NSD target. I'll have to factor in that we're both off work for three solid weeks after Friday and that often means 'nipping out for the odd thing' rather than being organised. :mad: Plus we have a week of partying and meals out to consider.

We're still undecided :undecided about whether to go to the travel agents and see if we can get a 'leaving tomorrow' type of cheap holiday. We hear various reports some say you can get a deal if its truly last minute others say the last minute deals no longer exist. :huh: Anyone have recent experience? It really will need to be an absolute bargain for me to go for it.

Back in court tomorrow but on the final leg of the jury service now so should all be over by Friday.
