hi everyone spent £3.16 today on bread and lollies, this will be for my july budget and also a £55 shop at mr T on thurs. Im determined this month to keep within my budget as ive had to buy a new freezer yesterday :mad:,, other one decided to stop working and was producing black like oil at the bottom , also i have to buy my dd birthday presents this week so money is really tight atm. Anyway time to stop moaning have a good week everyone

Haven't posted since I spent on Thursday, so an update from me.....

Spent again on Friday (£6.43) on various 'bits'

Saturday and today have both been NSDs (now up to 16 this month)

Tomorrow will be another spend day, as my 'milk monster' has been attacking what I bought on Thursday all weekend...... just need to check meal plan and see if I need to get anything else while I'm spending anyway, as I want to maximise NSDs

Hi All,
My month runs until the 30th of June, however I am going to declare my June total as of the 23rd of June £183.68. It is kind of cheating but, I'm on holiday for a week now, and am planning to have a marathon baking, and batch cooking session, so I needed to stock up on bits and bobs, which would put me way over budget. It seems silly to stick to my budget, and waste the time I have off.

I had a code from tesco for free delivery, so I thought I would make use of that also, from my July budget I have spent £115.76 out of £200.

Hi,
I seem to be struggling a little as i batch cooked for my freezer, but this lovely weather is making me not want to eat the stuff in the freezer, things like curries, etc, have you any tips on helping me out here, as for dinner today i just ate cereals, which isn't going to be good for me!

Oh dearie me, goodness knows what has happened to my grocery spends this month:eek:. We've had 2 family curry nights here with 7-9 of us and I bought heaps of food both times + cooked loads of different curries (DD helped ...a lot!). However, freezer is full of leftovers so that's good. I don't usually count alcohol and dog food in my grocery challenge but I haven't worked it out this month. I just know i was waaaaaaaaaay over.

Onwards though! Can I please be included for £175 for July?

hi...its hot again here...makes u want to do no housework:eek: perish the thought....just made a vat of white sauce to make a pasta bake for tea and need to get some fish out of the freezer for tomorrows tea...thinking of a crumble but might be too hot to put the oven on...stewed fruit perhaps

got to go out and buy some pop later...we have drunk loads...must get kids to drink water...ds1 is great and he does...ds2 forget it he claims not to like water:(
