I get bbc iPlayer on my LG smart tv. The magic remote works fine, then when I get two screens up I can’t choose one programme as remote ‘pointer’ disappears .

Itv hub stalling
i'm having problems with itv catchup through my smart tv. When we load a program it runs until the first adver then for a few minutes after then it freezes.We try to return to the main page and the tv completely freezes and has to be turned back on again.
