Pure, noncommittal SIM only deals
Hi Is there a current mobile provider that offers a noncommittal SIM only deal? I would like a SIM where I only pay for calls and data used. I don't want to be tied to any sort of plan where you need to top-up with a minimum amount per month. I'm not going to use the SIM for anything nefarious. Can anyone help?

Virgin price increase despite promise on website of no increase
Hi, My Virgin cable just went from £37 to £39.50. I am currently on an offer and in-contract until 20/12/2019. Virgin's website clearly states : "What if you’re currently on an offer? If you’re currently on a promotional offer with us, we will honour it. So that means your increase will happen when this offer comes to an…

TV licensing....extracting extra money
I wasn’t aware that when you take out a new TV licence and choose to pay by monthly direct debit, you have to pay a full year’s licence fee for only half a year. You pay £25.75 each month for the first 6 months before it drops to £12.93 for the next 12 months. Totally wrong and unfair......

Complaints processes
Three recently withdrew support for complaints logged via Resolver. They say it is to get complaints resolved more quickly. I think it is to make it harder to complain. They now only accept complaints by post (not freepost), phone or web chat. None of these methods are as convenient or robust as resolver. They have made…

Loath to give up Tivo box but paying Virgin £63 for phone package, broadband and TV
I have basic TV, 100mb broadband and anytime calls on the landline but I can't see any mention on this site of whether other providers TV set top box is as good as Virgin's Tivo box.
