Are Currys members of any Ombudsman groups

Currys are refusing to replace or repair a TV that arrived damaged and the responses I have received from their complaints department are uninformed and unhelpful to say the least.  CAB advised checking if they are part of any alternative resolution dispute teams such as ombudsman but I can't find any information online.  Any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks

Are Currys claiming you damaged the TV ??

Hopefully you paid by credit card, if so take it up with the cc company.

You could send them a pre action letter with concise details of your claim including the basis of the claim, a summary of the facts, what you want them to do about it, how much money you want and the calculations.
