How do I email NOWTV

For the past few days when we watch NOWTV the picture cuts out for a fraction of a second every few seconds. The button on the website for live chat isn't working and I can't get through on the phone. We've watched DVDs with no issues so it's not our TV. Can anyone tell me if there is an email address I can use to contact them, without going through their website?

It sounds like a problem with your internet connection or network. Does iPlayer work OK?1

iPlayer works on my laptop. I haven't tried NOW TV on my laptop. iPlayer on the TV is as bad as every other channel.

First you should check all your connections and reboot the router .
