Exodus from BT to EE (same company): mis-sold and without access.
Preamble After being with BT for fibre (fttd), phone, and TV since 2017, and having put up with the EE - BT takeover and subsequent rebrand, I decided to call EE and enter into a contract for the exact same services as had with BT. Same company, no problem eh! With the new EE contract, I'd chosen to upgrade my wife's…

If you've got Sky TV, Sky can put your price up during your two-year contract without telling you what rises to expect before you sign up AND without letting you leave penalty-free. Thought this kind of thing was supposed to be banned? So did we. But our investigation can now reveal that Sky is exploiting a surprising gap…

Best TV for Pensioner (no internet)
I'd like to get my Dad a new TV (ideally 40-43 inch). He doesn't have the internet but enjoys watching Freeview channels (I think he has a useful EPG on his current Panasonic 28" TV - not sure if the EPG is Freeview or Panasonic built in, guessing Freeview). Can anyone recommend a good TV that has Freeview channels/used…

Mis-sold TV package with EE
We recently telephoned EE to move our full package to them to mirror our current package with Sky i.e. all channels, HD, Ultra HD, multi-room, sports, cinema, broadband and 2 mobile phone sims. This was due to inconsistent signal strength and speed (we don't live in a fibre area). My husband telephoned EE and asked for the…
