Now TV offers
My Now TV entertainment pass went up to £9.99, so I did the usual and tried cancelling expect them to give me an offer, but nope they just cancelled. Is there anyway to get a new Now TV entertainment pass at a good price now, as it seems like the old ways to get it cheap have all gone.

Mis-sold TV package with EE
We recently telephoned EE to move our full package to them to mirror our current package with Sky i.e. all channels, HD, Ultra HD, multi-room, sports, cinema, broadband and 2 mobile phone sims. This was due to inconsistent signal strength and speed (we don't live in a fibre area). My husband telephoned EE and asked for the…

Sky TV Competitors
I have just received my Sky TV Renewal at £136 per month. As a member for over 20 years, I get a massive £15 discount. This price includes Kids, Cinema, Sports, Multiroom, HD and UHD. I can no longer justify this cost. I have spoken to Sky who have offered minimal discounts, however even if I strip everything out, the…

Sky Sports - when do they stop making offers?
Our Sky Sports package through Now TV is about to increase to £34.99. They are offering £30.99. How do I shake them lower? If I hit 'continue cancellation' is that final cancellation and, as the screen says, the £30.99 offer disappears... or does it take me to a new "one last discount offer before you go..." screen?

Advice on Freeview Box/ITV X please
I have a ten-year-old Samsung Smart TV and a five year-old Humax Freeview Recordable box. After a while, ITV Hub changed to ITV X and I got a message to say that it was no longer supported on my set-up. I believe that this is because the TV is too old and I also needed the latest box to support ITV X. Is there any way I…

Should I ignore or reply to a TV license letter?
I don't watch live TV, just Netflix and Youtube etc. Recently got a letter from the TV license addressed to "the occupier". Should I (a) ignore it, (b) fill in a 'don't need TV license' form, or (c) fill in the form but with a fake name and contact details? What is most likely resulting in me being left alone?
