NOW TV Cancellation
Hi, I have just paid for 6 months of Sky Sports through my NOW TV app but have changed my mind (long story). I have not accessed SS since paying but there is no way of contacting NOW to cancel for a refund. It will let me cancel online but will only let it lapse at the end of the 6 months. Any similar experiences or…

Now (formerly NowTV) refuse to reply to my claim about overcharging
Some time ago, I set up an account with Now (formerly NowTV) and I used it once or twice for one-day passes to watch particular sports games. I also have a vague recollection that - to watch something - I set up a trial account, or bought a month-pass or something, and then canceled it. Or something. I really can't…

Off subscrition sky+ box, does a paired card give you some extra free channels?
Hello I was under the impression that if you have a sky+ box that used to have a subscription with a paired card with it. You can get some extra free channels in addtion to the freesat channels. Channels that are owned and operated by sky, but off subscription. Is this still the case? I found an ebay seller who is selling…

Sky HD+ box to Sky Q
Sky keep contacting me to change to Sky Q for free, as Sky HD+ box will not be getting any upgrades. I have not bitten the bullet yet as I am waiting for a response from my housing association, who supply a communal dish for the 12 bungalows in my Close. I don’t think the dish meets the requirements for Sky Q reception. In…

I can't always watch every fight card live, so I still want to have the ability to record. I'm not interested in a jailbroken…

Reuse Sky Q dish with my smart LG tv?
I used to be a Sky Q customer and I’ve still got my Sky Q dish and the two cables coming into my house. I was wondering if I would still be able to use them to watch Freesat channels if I were to connect them directly to my LG smart tv (OLED55C8PLA)? I’ve tried the programme tuning on the TV and it’s picked up channels…

Tv licence email - moved back in with my parents
Hey, I moved back in with my parents earlier in the year. Before that I didn’t need a tv licence (I did the first year living on my own but soon realised that I never watch live tv or iplayer. So I decided not to renew my license. As I wasn’t using it) I disconnected my tv aerial and deleted my iplayer app. I’ve had to…

Any thoughts around the TV Licencing definition of LIVE TV?
TV Licence vs LIVE TV? I keep chewing over whether to opt out of the BBC TV Licence and get Netflix instead In addition to BBC own services, The BBC expects you to pay for a Licence if you watch "LIVE TV" Trouble is that it suits the BBC not to differentiate between A/ "Live TV" via Terrestrial TV Aerial Transmitters which…
