Have you checked Sky forums for others with the same issue?1

Just did, many people are suffering with the same problem,it looks like a sky/Talktalk issue.0

Have you tried using a hotspot on your mobile to see if it starts downloading to rule out a TalkTalk issue. Hopefully it's nothing to do with Talktak as they have plummeted down the pan very recently and are in quite a bit of trouble.1

No, I have only 0.5gb and nearly used all of my allowance, plus I don't know how to hotspot.0

My Sky box has a separate “widget” for internet access as opposed to it being built into the Sky box.
Have you tried resetting that ? I went through a period when it kept failing to connect and keep connected0 -

Have you tried resetting that ? I went through a period when it kept failing to connect and keep connectedOn Sky+HD there were only two boxes that had Wi-Fi built in - the DRX890W and the DRX895W (and the later revisions of these boxes that removed the telephone port). Any other box to make it Wi-Fi capable needed the "widget" aka the Sky Mini Wireless Connector, otherwise it's a standard wired connection. However the connector was not supplied as standard and would have had to be purchased separately.0
