@Hammer_TimeI had the same problem on my Sky Q box and resolved it - by changing DNS (in settings) from 79:79:79:79 to 1:1:1:1 on the Sky Q box.It is being discussed at great length on sky forum...

Found this solution on a forum for the Sky+ box. It worked for me.
Go to settings - network - press down - press green- press down to DNS - press left to delete all the numbers - press 1 - press right - 0 - right - 0 - right - 1 - press green
