Changing landline supplier
Thought I'd warn people that I tried changing my landline from BT to Sky late last year and I ended up without a landline for nearly a month, with Sky blaming BT for the problem and vice-versa. In the end, I was so frustrated, I let BT keep the line.

TV Licencing Bullies
I have no legal obligation to tell these bullies that I don't need a TV licence, do I? To do this, I have to provide my name. They have no legal right to this information do they? I don't get why they do this. Other companies don't threaten to sue you when you don't buy their service.

Cancelled Sky Q - Do they have to have the box back?
I have decided to cancel Sky Q and use Freesat instead as couldn't justify spending £76 a month for TV, but they have asked for the box back. Is this correct? I thought that when you take out Sky Q you pay a fee for the box at the start? They have sent me packaging to send it back, but just wondering if anyone ever does…

Sky Q
If you have an eighteen month contract with Sky and after 12months they hike up the price, can you cancel the contract. I ask as in their T&Cs they state that they can increase the fee by up to 10% while you are in contract and it seems you cannot cancel. Surely this is an Unfair Term and also contrary to current…
