I am on Vodafone on a 2 year contract. I pay £30 pm with 25g data. I have asked them for a redemption figure this is £38. I have seen a sim only deal with Vodafone after cashback etc with 60g for £14 pm I want to switch to this, is this something I can do easily? Seems to good to be true

If you switch from a contract deal to a SIM only deal you don't even need a new SIM (at least I didn't on two phones changed in recent months).1

worth checking if its a Vodafone basics sim only or not, these don't support roaming and AFAIK don't support WiFi calling. If either of these are important to you I'd look at other options

Another option is to look at other packages with other providers(eg three do unlimited everything for £18, smarty do 100GB for £15 etc), then contact Vodafone saying your thinking of moving to this other deal (with a competitor) can you match it
