What broadband speed would suit me?
I am coming to the end of my BT/EE 150Mb internet only contract. It is costing a fortune. I use the internet for general surfing, banking, paying bills, emails, watching occasional Youtube vidros and I listen to internet radio a bit. Could I go to a lower speed? Thank you.

Sky Broadband Deals not completing
I looked on this site for a new Broadband deal as paying over the odds with BT. I chose the Sky deal for £20.95 a month in 24 month contract, but when taken to the sky website it wouldn't complete just said "there is an error". I rang sky and advisor told me he couldn't honour the del, but would go through to a team that…

Onestream Refusing Contract End Date
Hey all. I signed up to Onestream 2 years ago and stupidly forgot to give them bang on 30 days notice. I decided to switch to Sky who notified them and were willing to pay up to £200 in fees. With 2 weeks left of my contract Onestream emailed me shortly after saying they would charge me over £240 in fees. Madness. They…

When & how did you get your sky broadband gift voucher?
I've been activated for just over a week. Contacted sky who say it's not their business, it's giftcloud. I search giftcloud & their contact looked to me like it was for businesses to contact them, not Joe Bloggs. Just wondering how long you had to wait? Whether you had to do something to trigger it (beyond signing up…

Has anyone taken up Sky's 'Full Fibre at no extra cost' broadband offer, and if so, how'd it go?
Sky is offering me an appointment for an engineer to come over and upgrade me to Full Fibre 75 at no extra cost or changes to my existing contract, apparently. It does sound quite enticing tbh, as I'm currently locked into a 24 m contract running until the 18th of November 2026, for Superfast 80 broadband (67mps but…

Sky, CityFibre and the Moving Problem!
hello everyone I am just hopping on here for any insights or advice on my situation. We recently moved home and had Sky as our broadband/TV provider in our previous address. I booked a house move with Sky to get set up at the new house and doing my research saw my new house was apparently eligible to receive full fibre…

Haggling Works
Just got my Virgin M125 BB down to £19 ppm, by rejecting the various, more expensive, renewal offers they threw at me, telling them I wanted to initiate the 30 days notice cancellation process, then sitting back and waiting for their next move. Got a call from their retentions department today (I only cancelled yesterday),…

Change to Fleur telecom - is this OK?
I had an email this morning from TalkTalk (with whom I have had email and broadband for many years) telling me that my contact has been moved from TalkTalk to Fleur Telecom as from 3 days ago. I had no warning or notification that such a change would be taking place. Is this genuine, or am I being taken for a ride? And…

Lost phone number FTTP
So I transferred from Vodafone FTTP to Sky (using the offer on here on ~20Aug) During the sign up process I selected I wanted to keep my existing phone number and the process confirmed I could. When I was transfered over (in less than 24 hours!! I may add) I have been given a different phone number. I recall the same thing…

Routers, Zen & Landline handsets
I've just switched to Zen & one of the things then engineers didn't check was the landline. So far we can get incoming calls, but trying to make outgoing the phone reads 'line in use' So can anyone recommend a good, reasonably priced VOIP phone other than Zens own recommend. Also, routers, it seems co's are tying in…
