Miss Sold Airtime Contract

Hi, I bought a phone in December under the illusion I was buying just the phone, not airtime, this was told to me but the representative. Turns out that wasn’t the case, and I’m facing being £195 out of pocket because of this. I have complained to 02, but they have upheld their side, waiting to hear from the Ombudsman. Any help at all?

And it took you three months to notice?You should have had some paperwork at the time that told you what you were agreeing to, T&Cs or similar. What do they say?0
