Contact Sky Impossible

I purchased a subscription from Sky as part of their Black Friday deals but cancelled a few days after they installed the QBox. I returned the item using their own postal package and sent it using Collect + (on of the options they gave me). A few weeks later I got an email stating they were going to charge me £100 if I didn't return the equipment. I contacted their call centre and sent an image of the Collect + delivery receipt I received when I sent the equipment, the Advisor spoke to a manager and assured me I would not be charged as proof had been provided.

A couple of days ago I noticed they had taken £100 from my account earlier in the month. Trouble is I cannot contact their Call Centre, the options on the phone always default to them asking me to use the Sky Box or app to change my subscription, obviously, as I am not a customer of theirs I cannot use these options.

Anyone know how I can contact them or advise in any way?
