My broadband contract runs out soon and cannot contact anyone from talk talk. On my online account I was able to renew it and was aware that if I left it they could charge me whatever they wanted.so i chose a package deal for £23.50 a month under an 18month contract as I was happy with this price and didn't want a horrible surprise of higher charges. A few days later my confirmation came through the post and talk talk have added £6 more. If I canx I may end up paying more which I dont want and my existing contract is £26. Has anyone got in contact with them? Thank you
