Freesports (HD) missing on Freeview?
I'm enjoying the offering on Freesports for how much I watch TV and sports. My Freeview does have HD channels but I can't see a Freesports HD channel listed on my guide, despite reading about it online. At the moment, I'm just watching the SD version of the channel. Does anyone have any ideas or tips on how I can get…

Possible move from Virgin to Sky - any advice, please?
I'd be grateful for any advice and information on the situation my mother finds herself in. My parents have been with Virgin for many years and had gone…

Have the money saving days on Now TV ended?
Around 20 months ago I ditched Sky TV and switched to Now TV. This saved me around £40-50 per month. Since then, I have continued to save by buying cheap passes or accepting offers when cancelling passes. On average, I have been paying £5-10 per month for the Entertainment and Cinema passes. As a worst case scenario, I…

Is Sky in breach of contract?
As mentioned in a previous posting, I have technical issues with Sky, namely that my landline stopped working a week ago. This was notified to Sky almost immediately by email. Nuisance Calls
Between 9am and 11am this morning my parents received 14 calls presumed to be nuisance calls. This situation has been ongoing for quite some time, although not quite as acutely as this morning. They are retired, but reasonably savvy so some months ago changed the answerphone: All calls are allowed to go to answerphone, and…

Disney+ renewal - any way to avoid the price increase?
Hi, Like many I signed up to the great deal Disney+ were offering if you signed up in advance of them going live last year. Early upgrade then ditch?
So I’m in contract with EE until 28th April and I intend to terminate it then. But, they’re offering me a ‘fee-free’ early upgrade from 28th Feb. Can I take a SIM only deal on 28th Feb, then cancel within the 14 day cooling off period and in theory, terminate much sooner than 28th April? 😃

OpenReach / Vodafone Installation Mess
The monopoly that OpenReach has on Broadband fibre installation - and their refusal to deal directly with anyone other than Broadband providers - is completely unworkable. I decided to switch from Virgin to Vodafone last month, so they arranged for an OpenReach engineer to install the fibre box at home on Monday. I…
