Which mobile provider allows you to manage everything online?

Which mobile provider allows you to manage everything online?
I'm currently with PlusNet and they actually don't let you do anything online except changing your direct debit date.
If I want to change current account from which the DD is taken, I need to call them. Why in the world would such thing not be available somewhere in settings?

Switching On/Off international roaming, call barring, nothing can be done without calling them. Even adult content. Imagine you need to call them and ask someone to allow you to watch p**n on your mobile... LoL! It's 2021 and there are still companies that have phone calls as the only option for managing anything. Unbelievable.

So which provider has a good online system where you can do everything yourself? Thanks.

Pretty sure that my online PAYM account w/ Vodafone allows all that functionality (although obviously I haven't turned off the naughty pictures filter but I could). Some added-value stuff (their VeryMe Rewards) is only available online via their app.
