URGENT - Teen had accident abroad, need to phone cheaply

My teenager is on a first holiday in Greece with a friend, has had an accident and en route to a hospital so I need to be able to call numbers in Greece. Can anyone recommend a quick, easy method to do so please?
But there are dreams that cannot be,and there are storms we cannot weather!

You can call Greece mobile and landline numbers through Skype. They offer 400 minutes for £6 a month with the first month being free.

I use Vyke, download the app. Greece is 2.5p a minute for a phone call. No contract.
