£50 Refund EE

Options
The daughter received a cheque for £50 for a refund from EE this morning and has no idea why. The letter implies it’s been given following some kind of interaction with her but she hasn’t been an EE customer for a while and certainly hasn’t spoken to them recently.

Any ideas? Of course she is taking it to the bank as we speak but just wondered what it’s about.

  • She could always ask EE, preferably before she cashes the cheque.
