Octopus - small but consistent overcharging? RESOLVED!
Was reviewing father's latest bill today and spotted what on the face of it is a very small "overcharge" going on. I then looked at earlier bills only to find the same thing. The latest example for electricty being ....Energy Used 1564.0 kWh @ 21.03p/kWh £328.97 so this is before SC calculation (which is correct) and VAT…

Fixing gas and electricity prices when moving home
I am currently on the standard rate after my fix ending last year but as my house was going on the market I didn't fix into a new tariff. The house is now on the market but not under offer as yet. My house has two separate meters for both gas and electricity as it has an annex and currently two separate providers for each…

My electricity supplier has been unable to install a smart meter (as was my old supplier) I was told to contact Western Power to see if they could help: they sent people to see what the problem was but did not hear back from them after they asked who the freeholder was. I live in a leasehold flat. I would like a smart…

Octopus Outgoing Fixed ending
I was under the assumption that when my fixed term ends in May it would be renewed for another 12 months but I've just learned that they are dropping the fixed term, meaning it can change rate with 30 days notice. Are there any other providers that will gaurantee at least 15p/unit export rate for 12 months?
