No gas data on my Octopus 'geo' monitor

SMET2 meters recently installed and I can't get gas data on my energy monitor. Is this a common problem or just mine?

I think it's certainly not unheard of and I had the same problem a few months ago. I waited a few weeks to see whether it would start showing the gas, but it was still just showing the electric, so I got in contact with my supplier's customer service and they understood exactly what I was saying and got some internal team to send a request out over the network - a couple of days later the ihd started to show the gas.

I remember it took some time longer for the gas data to start feeding through to my in-house display from Octopus. And it has vanished for a week or three at a time since then, but always come back (so far!).
