Economy 7 and 10 radio telesignal switch off
Does anyone know if the Telesignal switch off is still going ahead on 30th June 2025? I have one of these and the provider I have keep making me appointments to change it, however, the company that comes round to change will not remove the built in cupboard it is in??? Thanks

Energy fixed term
I'm looking for advice rather than another issue. My dual energy fixed term ends on the 23rd June 2025 I could fix on the present April to 30th June fix term which the cap has gone up by 6% but the July to September is estimated to come down by 8%, should I fix on the April to June or wait and fix on the July to September?

Would I be able to claim back payments that were made to BG Homecare for 4 years? During this time her house was empty as she was in a nursing home. The direct debits continued to be taken from her account as I was unable to stop them.

Over charged KWh by British Gas
Hi I’m in a dispute with BG, over the last 10 months I’ve used 440m3 gas, so on my latest bill they are saying 440m3 equals 13,852kwh I can’t see how they are getting to this calculation. Is my maths correct ? 440m3 x 39.1 x 1.02264 / 3.6 = 4,887.0829 kWh Please help prove I’m not going mad

Cashback with Same Supplier
Cheap energy club shows I can get cashback if I switch to a new fix with my current supplier British Gas. Is this correct? BG fixes do not have an exit penalty for switching to another of their tariffs, so it seems a bit strange because you could keep switching and getting cash back.
