Switched from Tomato Energy on the 1st July main reason was the price. First impressions wasn't good as struggled to submit meter reading and new website seemed flaky. Since then no problems DD for £67 was taken on the 4th, meter reading easily submitted on the 31st. On the 2nd I have my bill for £66.87 and everything correct, long may it continue.

I started the switch to Outfox but couldn't ever submit a reading so gave up in the end.Hope your positive experience continues.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0

Both above need to sort, you need to keep on top of things and not be faced with wild charges in the future that could get out of hand.Easiest way drop a PM to them on FarceBook, have even changed tariffs, got money back by over paying in 8 days to dropping the DD.0

If that is the way to deal with them, another reason to avoid.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid3 -
Amazing that OFTM are still going - I think I was with virtually every other one of the "challenger" suppliers from Iresa to Zog ( ~14 }- all of which have gone to the wall - but I believed the then assumption that OFTM would be next to fail - but they never did !!2

Absolutely useless. Switch was no problem and they took the first direct debit. I then asked to switch my payment date to 1st of the month which they did and said first payment was due 1st September. They tried to take a payment on 1st August which my bank stopped as they weren't due one then, only a week after my initial payment. Ive had endless emails and texts telling me my direct debit wasn't paid. I replied by email and their chat box thing to be told they had stopped the emails and texts yet I still get them. Once I finally got through to a human on the phone I was told the emails were automatic and I said they were going to be stopped but still hadn't been. I was assured they have now been stopped and they admitted the action to stop them wasn't taken previously. When I cheekily asked for some recompense I was told "we're a resolutions based company and we've resolved your complaint". Interestingly there's no complaints process on their website. Switching to Out Fox Energy is easily the worst switch I've made for any product. I'm thinking of taking the financial hit to move away from them0

Anyway, I'm not sure there'll be a financial hit if you move - any credit on your account will come back to you.0 -

Fingers crossed.
We swapped to them at the beginning of July, they are getting smart meter readings, they've taken the DD they were supposed to and we've had a correct bill., so no complaints so far.
I like @brewerdave have been with most of the bust suppliers but the only one that was a bit slow in getting sorted out was IRESA but we didn't lose out. I'm sure we saved quite a lot of money for the aggro of supplier swapping.
We use around 7500kwh a year so saving just a penny per kwh is worth £75. Going with OFTM we've saved 4p/kwh = £300Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers2
