📩 Find your Profile/Settings and change your Notification Preferences
When you click on your profile image on the green bar above, you'll see:
- Your username: This links to your Profile, where you can view your information and access useful link.
- Account & Privacy Settings: Here, there are more links. A good first step is to change your Notification Preferences to ensure you only receive the emails you want.

🔑 Make sure you know how to Sign In
The Forum is separate from other MoneySavingExpert accounts, so you need to log in at the right place. Always look for “Forum Sign In” or, on smaller screens, the login icon on the green bar at the top.
If you ever forget your password, you’ll only be able to reset it from a forum page. For example, use the ‘Forgot?’ link on the Forum Sign In page.
