Depends on your actual night / day consumptions .  What are they ?

Considerable drop in day charges, small drop in standing charge,  compensated by higher night charges.
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

Go onto your online account and see what they are offering for fixed tariffs.

If not any good then try a comparison site.

if you can,  send them an email to any of their email address quoting your account number and let them that you have tried to call them but cannot get through and state your questions / problems are, then let them get on with it.

Ok, so this might be the long-dreaded "end of Economy 10" letter. Or it might not.
What reason does it give for the tariff change? You've not shared that part of the letter. Is it that EDF are stopping E10, or is it just that it's been three months and they're updating for the new Ofgem cap?
If it's just the cap change, get on the phone (or webchat, or whatever) and ask to be put onto the new "standard variable Economy 10" from the 1st of July.

Just done that , I’m concerned that I won’t be able to heat my home in either if they take my ecomony 10 off me like the letter states
