Am I misreading my Octopus usage dashboard and balance?

Using the 'My energy' dashboard and filtering to 'What's been billed', I can see I've been billed £1,700 between two dates.

Yet using the 'Payments' tab and navigating to 'Balance history', I can see that between the exact same dates I've been charged in total £2,100.

I am not confusing my own direct debit payments with what I've been charged (as the balance breakdown clearly indicates when a charge has been made and for which dates).

Am I missing something here?

I've contacted Octopus and they're 'investigating' this but I wondered if others see anything different?

Thanks in advance.

Any chance you can share some anonymised screenshots?

The energy used and billed between two dates is often not going to be the same as the amount you have been billed between those two dates.
If your billing date is say, 10th of the month, then the amount you are billed will cover 20 days of the previous month, not just the 10 days used and billed in that month...
    Screenshots would help.

If you look at the Balance History on your account web page, each charge for electricity used should match an entry on the bill. Just for example here's my balance history entry for last September, and corresponding entry on the October bill ..
