New electricity contract after moving home
I’m moving into a new property in October after electricity prices are set to increase. I don’t currently have an account with any electricity provider. Can I get into a contract and benefit from the lower prices now, before the rates go up, even though I haven’t moved in yet?

Switching from Sainsburys to EON. Is it possible?
I have my energy supplied by Sainsburys energy, who are "technically" E.ON. I want to switch to E.on fixed, but when I try to do so on the E.on website, it says they already supply my energy. I can then login with my Sainsburys Energy details (on the E.on website) and it then shows what I can switch to.... just Sainsbury's…

EON pledge tracker vs new Fix post 1st Oct
Hi everyone, I'm not sure whether to stay on the EON pledge tracker (which tracks 3% under the price cap), or switch to the EON 12month fix v28, which is estimated to be around 9% lower than the October 1st price cap. Any thoughts?

My British Gas 'SMART' gas meter died so I cant give a reading, what are my options?
The meter worked fine for a few months, then stopped sending readings on the 29th of Feb (as many did), so I reported the fault. BG told me it was a network issue and they are working on it... My last manual meter read was 3 months ago, at some point between then and now, the battery in the 1 year old gas meter died. I…

EDF ENERGY TARIFF
I was going for a fix on the cheap energy club website and
noticed I could save over £200 a year but would have to get a Smart Meter
installed, why do people on pre- pay meters get penalised? It states that if you can not get them for technical reasons
you can still keep the Tariff so what’s the big deal.

No meter reading for almost a decade...
I’ve managed to get myself into a bit of a pickle with my gas supplier. The origins of this dates back over 8 years after I moved into flat, the suppliers somehow didn’t take my direct debits for over 6 months and I never noticed. When this was corrected they managed to get the first number of my meter reading wrong…
