BT Caller Display (BT Privacy) No longer Free
If you have a BT line, but route all calls via CPS or via an access code, and no chargeable calls go via BT, then from 1st October BT will charge you £1.75 per month for caller display. The solution is to make 2 chargeable calls every month to prevent this, (around 11p in total). BT have hidden this in the small print on…

I'm with NTL and on 'talk unlimited' package but each month I'm getting several pounds worth of non itemised calls added to my bill which I am positive I;m not making, I have phoned them and queried this requesting an itemised statement as I dispute their figures. They firstly said they couldn't provide one but know that…

Getting a new BT connection into a new property. I noticed on BT's website that there is a 12 month contract with them after getting new line in. People claiming to be from the Halifax keep calling me!
I'm receiving a call a day now from people claiming to be from the Halifax. However they won't tell me what the call is about unless I give them personal details - something I don't like doing unless I know who I'm talking to. I asked them to write to me instead, but they claim to have already done so. However I've not…
