I have TT as a CPS provider but have just had a 'charge advice' call back from BT giving me the length and price of my last call. (No I DIDN'T '1280' the call before anyone asks! )
I spoke to BT on 150 but they couldn't help me and I can't even find a contact number for TT to ask what's going on!
