Found a old car hp agreement on equifax Start date 04/04/16 ended 12/04/18 What I have read so far says loans taken from 04/2007 , with my loan only ending in 04/ 18 is it worth claiming?

When this matter first arose I wrote to all the finance company and on one of the agreements they advise that the "The FCA announcement relates to agreements taken out between 6 April 2007 and 27 January 2021" Do I need to reapply and sent another DCA enquiry check?
