Hi, my husband claimed car finance compensation from BlackHorse using the mse guidance and template. He has since passed away and I am administering his probate. Do I still have a claim against BlackHorse?

You don't (as an individual) but the estate could still have a claim.

thank you, yes that’s what I thought / hoped. Probate is still ongoing and I’m still acting as custodian rather than beneficiary.
