Received email today from Toyota saying they would investigate and reply within 28 days of my original request. Request was sent 7th February, so 28 days is today!!!!!!! Clearly maths is not their area of expertise. Has anyone else received a reply yet from them?

Non Listed Finance Companies

I took out a 0% Interest PCP in March 2023 with Mercedes Finance and am wondering if I could claim undisclosed commission fees. I am pretty sure the price of the car was loaded to compensate the interest free plan.
