Hello, I followed the MSE template about 18 months ago and my finance company MotoNovo responded to confirm there was a hidden discretionary commission during my finance in 2015-2020. Since then I’ve heard nothing other than a legal company somehow getting hold of my details and contacting me claiming information had been passed to them and my “law firm” had closed down and they were trying to get me to sign up with a new law firm. I just said they had the wrong person.


Do I need to do anything or continue to wait?

    The FCA scheme hasn't opened yet. And is currently subject to a number of legal challenges. It's unlikely they will be heard until at least October at the earliest.

    The courts don't act quickly.And this is why you haven't heard anything.
