Missold car finance
I have a company called Courmac Legal that say they are pursuing the above for me, it has a reference number and they say they have been doing this since 2024. I have told them on 2 occasions that I have all of the original details and have already started the process directly with the car company. Its almost like harassment, do I just ignore them?

You must have give them your details at some point, either directly or through an "enquiry" link where you didn't bother to read their Ts and Cs
Ask them to provide proof that you have engaged them as your agent.

All they have is my email address, I have never engaged with any body as I knew I didnt have to.

So ask them to provide a contract signed by yourself.

Even so, you must have provided it and very probably ticked a box during the process.
