DCA Motor Commission Updates
Hi,
I'm new to this forum and absolutely sure that this topic is covered in detail in an existing forum
I used the MSE tool to register a potential commission claim on the purchase of my motorhome and I have received confirmation with a reference from LLoyds Motor Commission that I have got a DCA on this finance agreement. this was July 2024. All subsequent communications from myself for any updates sends me an automated response telling me that they have me on record and will contact me when there is anything to report.
Has anyone got any further updates to the progress of this claim process in terms of timescales, decisions and potential payouts?
If these answers are published or updates are available please point me to the appropriate area of the forum.
Many Thanks

There's a dedicated DCA Finance section on the motoring board. Latest uodate is that due to legal challenges everything is on hold till at least November -
There is no need to constantly progress chase.

The FCA scheme is not open yet. So, you are a bit premature. Legal cases are still ongoing and have to complete before the FCA scheme can start.
