Car finance compensation
Has anyone who is claiming above received an email from Complex Care Ltd with a link to verify who you are?
It talks about payout and fees they will reclaim. I am sure this is one of the firms that was recommended by fellow MSE’s but before I do anything I wanted to ask for your sage advice please.

Why are you using a claims management company? Don’t tell them anything that will mean they get 30% of any payout for doing nothing.

MSE doesn't recommend any firms, full stop
The free MSE template does the same as the claims firms do, using the same free process
If you have signed up e.g. using a social media advert for a "checker" hence why they have your email, you may end up paying fees to break the contract, if they have not got a contract ignore them but keep a check to see if they say if you don't proceed with them you pay fees
