DCA Claim: Finance Agreement not covered by Consumer Credit Act 1974
I raised a complaint with the company I used for car finance (Paragon). Their response states that they paid a DCA but that my agreement wasn't covered by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Anyone got any ideas if I am still able to claim against them? They are saying the complaint is now closed

Just had an email back from motorfinanceclaims. * The lender has not responded to your complaint so at the moment we do not know which of the two commission models was used. Due to this they have advised not to take this any further. Surely this cant be right if the lender is not cooperating.
