Car finance mis-selling payouts

Hi,
Re: car finance mis-selling
Back towards the end of 2024 I enquired about my car finance with Santander.
Santander confirmed that a DCA was in place between them and the credit broker relating to a finance agreement I once had.
I then heard back from Santander at the start of 2025 to advise me that they were continuing to investigate my complaint and they were looking to resolve this asap.
Since then I've heard nothing. It's been a year.
Would this be a sign that my complaint wasn't upheld? Would Santander contact me and provide me with an update? I have emailed them, but I have heard nothing back.
What are my options here?
Thanks.

Since then I've heard nothing. It's been a year.Which is as expected given the FCA suspended the process due the court cases and the FCA consultation.Would this be a sign that my complaint wasn't upheld? No. The whole thing is still on holdWould Santander contact me and provide me with an update? I have emailed them, but I have heard nothing back. There are no updates to give whilst the process is suspended. The FCA expect to produce the final rules in the next two months and the suspension on complaints ends 31 May 2026.
