PCP Claim - CR Solicitors

Hello,

i have recently completed the PCP form claiming back for car insurance from martins website.
I am now getting emails and texts from CR Solicitors.
Are they part of the claim or are they a scam?
Thanks for any info

    Exactly which "Martin's website" ?

Did you download a template letter or click on a link?

You may have been on a scam site and inadvertently signed up with a legal firm to handle any possible claim you have.
  • Its the ‘letter template’ from Martins emails which i used.
  • You've probably filled in your details on an advert and now your details have been passed to a law firm/ABS.  Best thing to do is contact them and ask to cancel.  They might threaten cancellation fees, but they've likely not done any actual work.  You could also ask for a copy of your retainer that you don't recall signing.
