Diesel Car Claim Eligibility

Hello,
I purchased a 2006 Diesel Ford Mondeo from my Father between 2010 and 2020 and owned it for approximately 8 years. Am I eligible to make a diesel claim?

The court case has just concluded, and the judge is expected to rule later in the year.

So, until then, nobody knows.  So, wait until that judgment is known.

    Claiming against your dad?

I doubt very much cheat devices were used in 2006, only VW group has ever had it proven. Autumn 2026 is estimated for the results of the latest bandwagon

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

    What are you claiming for?

    You have lost something?

And from whom do you want to claim?

How can you have bought it in 2020 and owned it for about 8 years?

Surely you must be able to narrow down when you bought it to a less vague period than between 2010 and 2020?
