Hello, has anyone had any dealings in the past with this bank?
It was owwned at the time by Bank of Scotland so not sure if was absorbed into Black Horse Finance. They no longer operate from Chester offices.

According to the FCA register it ceased authorisations on 24/09/2007.
I assume you are looking in respect of motor finance (given this is the motor finance section!). However, the fact that it ceased just months after the 6th April 2007 start date for motor finance complaints, did you take out finance between those dates?

Hello, yes I have the "fixed sum loan agreement" dated 12 September 2007. I honesty cannot recall if my payments went to Capital Bank PLC or another business. Arnold Clark told me it is too long ago for them to deal with it.0
