Reclaim car finance

Hi. Presumably to initiate a complaint in the first place one has to have the original purchase financial paperwork/agreement? I have that for the current car but who would bother keeping such documents for previously owned vehicles? Also Martin referred to the matter only being for vehicles used primarily for personal use…

Hi, I wonderif I am still able to claim given that the finance Provider is no longer trading? Also, is there a limit to how far back you are able to claim for? My agreement dates to 2005.

Regarding the latest I am trying to find out who now owns Yes Car Credit, I had fiancé with them back in 2006 , can’t find anything, it did say auto finance direct in an old thread but it’s no longer them.

Hi, I had a Car PCP policy which started in Nov 2019, in 2021 I changed the car so I guess a new policy. How do I know if I was overcharged now that I no longer have the 2019 policy? How do I now make a complaint/claim? Thanks in advance
