Car Finance Claim

Hi, I had a Car PCP policy which started in Nov 2019, in 2021 I changed the car so I guess a new policy. How do I know if I was overcharged now that I no longer have the 2019 policy? How do I now make a complaint/claim?
Thanks in advance

There are several threads in Motoring section, as well as a article by MSE on the subject.Life in the slow lane1

What makes you now consider it a possibility that you've been overcharged? You presumably had documentation from the finance company at the time (have you disposed of that too?) and would have correlated the payments taken from your bank then?
Is this what you're referring to?

Did you know what the PCP offer was beforehand eg. was this a manufacturer offer on a new car you'd seen that instigated you to look at the car/go to the dealer?0
