Hi. I have made a complaint 7 days ago about a car finance agreement using Martins template email to Commissionqueries@hyundaifinanceuk.co.uk
I have not received an acknowledgement of my email.
Should I be concerned about this?

Your claim will be sat with them & they will act on it when the courts finally get round to saying they can start paying out.
