Hi all,
Apologies if this has been asked before but the search function on this forum isn't the easiest so I may have missed it…
I'm just looking for any advice/reassurance after I submitted my 'formal enquiry', as per the MSE guidance to Commissionqueries@hyundaifinanceuk.co.uk on Monday 30 March but I've not heard anything. Of course, I didn't expect an outcome or substantiative response but I've not had any confirmation that the email has been received.
Is this normal? Anyone know when we should expect to hear something, anything, from them?

The two FCA schemes are not running yet. Scheme one becomes operational by 31st of August.Scheme two becomes operational by 30th of June.
So you need to be a bit more patient.

I'd have thought/hoped some sort of automated response acknowledging receipt would have been set up to, at least, avoid duplicate emails if people, like me, wonder if they have received the email.🤔
