Miss Sold Airtime Contract
Hi, I bought a phone in December under the illusion I was buying just the phone, not airtime, this was told to me but the representative. Turns out that wasn’t the case, and I’m facing being £195 out of pocket because of this. I have complained to 02, but they have upheld their side, waiting to hear from the Ombudsman. Any…

How to escalate Sky issue. One of their engineers broke our system...
Live in a small block of flats with a communal system and one of my neighbours was having sky installed. Since then my sky has not been working. Netflix cutting streaming quality
According to the latest news Netflix are planning on reducing the bitrate of their streaming service in Europe for (at least) the next 30 days in order to reduce data consumption. Getting hold of BT
I arranged to move from BT phone to Virgin on 17 March, Virgin were to come 2 April to connect me. Virgin Media - Leave and rejoin
Myself and my partner have recently moved in with my mother and I looked over her bills. What I discovered shocked me. I thought, as agreed that she was paying the £56 all in that I had agreed at the start of the contract. What she's actually paying is between £70-80. She's still on the same old "mix TV" package, she…

For the past few days when we watch NOWTV the picture cuts out for a fraction of a second every few seconds. Can anyone tell me if there is an email address I can use to contact…

I purchased a subscription from Sky as part of their Black Friday deals but cancelled a few days after they installed the QBox. I returned the item using their own postal package and sent it using Collect + (on of the options they gave me). A few weeks later I got an email stating they were going to charge me £100 if I…
