Refund from O2 from 2005
I have just received a refund cheque for £31.16 from Telefonica in respect of a credit balance which should have been repaid when I closed the account in 2005 - no prior correspondence just that explanation plus a cheque!

Isn't the Sky footy canned crowd noise rubbish?
I switched on the TV and there's a match on Sky One, so I thought "I'll watch that."Well, 5 minutes of fake crowd noise and I looked for how to turn it off - you can't!So I switched off the TV instead.
