Samsung Refunds

Hi,
I hope you are doing well. I purchased a Samsung Tab S5E in 2019, September and I’ve spent over 10 hours trying to speak with the sales team and technical support team but I have had no luck. The device, unfortunately, has a defect. It’s been ‘repaired’ three times already so I’m sure you can understand my anger. Please could you help me as the customer support team are unable to do anything. In the terms and conditions of buying, it states – under the returns policy in sub section 3 – “If a fault is found after 30 days from delivery of the Product, you should contact us by telephoning 0330 726 7864 and we will at our discretion either repair or replace the Product and deliver the repaired or replacement Product to you, or provide a refund.” I am not sure why I cannot get a refund because I am completely eligible. I wanted to refund this tablet and this is where I am. Please help me! How can I get a refund?

Did you buy direct from Samsung, I suspect not? Your consumer rights lie solely with the retailer, not the manufacturer.0
