Fake Hermes Contact Number

I really don't know how this happened but in less than an hour 11 calls from my mobile were made to a fake Hermes phone number, totalling over £70 in charges!
I've contacted Sky Mobile and they say they can't help. Standard response. Is there a way I can find out if I can get my money back?

how do calls from your number call a random number?
You sure there isn't a recent app you have downloaded and granted access to your phone which is doing this? Might be worth deleting the apps you have downloaded recently (like dodgy games etc)
Unlikely you will get any money back unless you can prove your phone didn't make those calls. (whats in your call logs?)

As above , infected android phone , dodgy apps installation , possible if you don't use play store.
